  • Aluminum profile structure to support and fix the mechanical components of the crane, supported by 4 feet with anti-vibration function and with height adjustment option for leveling.
  • Crane arm and forearm driven by double acting hydraulic cylinders, with unidirectional flow regulating valves, the crane rotation movement is driven by a rotary actuator (with rotation capacity up to 90 degrees with flow regulating valves, the load capacity must be between 8 to 15 kg).
  • The two cylinders must have the following characteristics: one with a piston diameter of 40 mm to 50 mm and stroke of 200 mm minimum up to 250 mm maximum; the second with a piston diameter between 25 mm to 30 mm and stroke of 200 mm minimum up to 250 mm maximum.
  • Hydraulic drive unit with gear pump from 4 to 8 liters per minute, tank from 20 to 30 liters per minute, pressure, return and drain lines with quick connections, breather filter that allows the entry of new hydraulic fluid and drain plug for oil replacement.
  • Single-phase power supply 220 to 240 VAC, 60 Hz, with multiple command block, with three 4/3 directional valves, mounted in parallel with closed center configuration, manually operated by levers, centered with unidirectional flow valves, 6 check valves piloted with quick connectors.
  • Hydraulic simulation software with indefinite time licensing.
  • Digital and physical manual in Spanish language.
  • Two (2) laptop computers with 11th Generation Intel Core i7 Processor (8MB Cache, up to 4.2 GHz), 14.0-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) screen, 16GB ram memory, DDR4, 512GB SSD hard drive, Windows 11 operating system.
  • Must include induction (training).
