BASIC MODULAR REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

Features:

Modular refrigeration and air conditioning components with electrical control modules and gauges.

A three-level aluminium frame is provided for mounting the required modules to create a working refrigeration or air conditioning system.

Piping is colour coded with four primary colours to help the student understand when the transition occurs in the refrigerant from one state to another.

All electrical connections of the components are brought out to 4 mm heavy duty terminals.

Connections are made with electrical test leads with safety plugs, which allow the student to make quick connections and measurements safely.

Refrigerant connections are made with flexible hoses to create fully operational systems.

A variety of modules are available to suit training requirements.

The unit comes with experiment manual containing theory, standard operating procedures, experiment procedures and references.

Water-cooled Evaporator Module - (Refrigerant to water heat exchanger) including capillary tube, shut off valves and connections mounted on plate.

Air-cooled Evaporator Module - including finned exchanger, fan, capillary tube,

shut off valves and connections, terminal for electric connection mounted on plate.

Air-cooled Condenser Module - including shut off valves and connections,

terminals for electrical connection of the fan mounted on plate.

Water-cooled Condenser Module - (refrigerant to water heat exchanger) including shut off valves and connections mounted on plate.

Display and Control Panel Module - including miniature circuit-breaker (MCB), start button with indicator lamp, watt meter and terminal for electric connection mounted on plate.

Flow Control Module - including sight glass, filter dryer, flow meter, shut off valves and connections mounted on plate.

Training Panel Frame - A three levels aluminium profiles base structure.
