1.0 FEATURES
1.1 The proposed trainer shall be suitable for automotive training institutions to teach students the theory and maintenance training of powertrain systems.
1.2 It shall be based on a front wheel drive car and composed of engine,intake &exhaust systems,cooling system,oil supply system, lubrication system, automatic transaxle, differential, driveshaft, front axle, brake system, wheel and tire.
1.3 It shall be able to educate students regarding the power train system and its operation principles.
1.4 The engine can demonstrate the real dynamic engine system work process, through the manipulation of the gas pedal can be engine idle, rapid acceleration and other working conditions of the test.
1.5 The automatic transmission can demonstrate the working of transmission gear position control mechanism (variable speed/auto upshift/downshift, etc.).
1.6 The proposed trainer shall be able to simulate the actual situation of the car and set a variety of faults that may occur during the car driving process.
1.7 It shall be based on the original powertrain system components and is arranged according to the location layout of the original powertrain system.
1.8 It shall be able to display operating conditions of all main components in real time.
1.9 It shall be able to carry out the assembly and disassembly of the engine, transaxle, intake & exhaust systems, brake system and other drivelines.
1.10 The powertrain system trainer shall come with the following training courses:-
a) Demonstrate the engine four-stroke working principle and its timing work.
b) Attachment and detachment of the cylinder head including spark plug replacement.
c) Replacement of the Timing Belt/chain and other various belts.
d) Practical training of filling and emptying engine oil as well as replacement of the oil filter.
e) Maintenance of intake and exhaust systems.
f) Maintenance of automatic transmission including ATF replacement.
g) Data measurement, failure detection, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
1.11 The proposed trainer has a teaching panel/board with a complete color engine electronic control system circuit working principal diagram, ECU terminal function, injection system LED indication, etc.to facilitate the teacher to explain the system knowledge more intuitively.
