Order No.: GT2025020501
Specification
1.General
• The Training Bench should incorporate an authentic automotive ABS braking mechanism, enabling comprehensive demonstration of its components and operations having functionality and components of the Isuzu D-Max.
• A motor-driven mechanism should replicate the rotational movement of a vehicle’s drivetrain to simulate driving conditions and showcase the ABS functioning during these conditions.

2.Components
• Front and Rear Brake with Calipers
• Motor for electric drives
• Brake Pedal with Vacuum booster connection
• Vacuum Pump
• Pressure Gauges Set
• ABS ECU
• Fault Set Module
To be equipped with all standard accessories of offered model but not limited to above items.

3.Functional Capabilities and Features
• Instrumental Panel showing the representation of the ABS system’s electrical and hydraulic flow.
• The system should offer terminals for direct measurement of key electrical parameters from various ABS sensors and control modules. These include:
➢ Electrical resistance.
➢ Voltage levels.
➢ Current values.
➢ Frequency variations.
• Real-time display of hydraulic pressure variations through an onboard pressure gauge.
• An OBD socket to connect OBD scanner to support functions such as fault code reading, clearing, data stream monitoring, component testing, system parameter adjustments, and waveform analysis.
• A manual system for introducing faults to the ABS.

4. Training Applications
• Understanding the individual components of the ABS system and their roles.
• Step-by-step explanation of how ABS operates.
• Live demonstration of ABS engagement during braking scenarios.
• Testing and analysis of sensor outputs and actuator operations.
• Fault induction for hands-on troubleshooting exercises.
• Use of diagnostic tools to analyze, test, and repair ABS faults and optimize system settings.
