1.0 FEATURES
1.1 The proposed trainer shall be suitable for automotive training institutions to teach students the theory and maintenance training of drivetrain systems.
1.2 It shall be based on rear-wheel-drive car and composed of driving motor/other driving mechanism, transmission, propeller shaft, differential, rear axle, brake system, wheel and tire.
1.3 It shall be able to educate students regarding the drivetrain system and its operation principles.
1.4 The transmission can demonstrate the working of transmission gear position control mechanism (variable speed/upshift/downshift, etc.).
1.5 It shall be based on the original drivetrain system components and is arranged according to the location layout of the original drivetrain system.
1.6 The proposed trainer can display operating conditions of all main components in real time. Gears can be shifted and can observe the output on the rear axle drive wheels.
1.7 It shall be able to carry out the assembly and disassembly of the transmission and other drivelines.
1.8 It shall use cutaway structure to display the internal structure of drivetrain system.
1.9 The drivetrain system trainer shall come with the following training courses:
a) Functional introduction to the main components of the rear drive transmission system.
b) Demonstration of the working process of the rear-wheel-drive transmission system.
c) Inspection and maintenance of manual transmission including gearbox oil replacement.
d) Inspection and maintenance of the other drivelines.
e) Hands-on exercises in diagnosing and troubleshooting common drivetrain issues.
 
2.0 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
2.1 Trainer size: Approximately: 2100 x 1650 x 1150 mm (length x width x height).
2.2 The frame should be made of sturdy and durable materials.

a) The system consists of two rear disc brakes/drum brakes, foot brake pedal, hydraulic brake master cylinder, parking brake lever, etc.

2.6 Other driveline part: Ensure compatibility with the transmission and brake systems.
2.7 Safety Features: Emergency stop button and safety interlocks.
2.8 NVH: Noise level below 65 dB, minimal vibration during operation.
2.9 Wheels and tires: 15-17 inches
