Specifications:
Internal combustion engine test stand for university use, featuring a trolley-mounted hydraulic dynamometer and benchtop instrumentation; designed for studying the fundamental characteristics of internal combustion engines.
Enables comprehensive study of the characteristics of four-stroke, single-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines (basic and small-scale models).
1. Hydraulic module serving as the braking unit to generate engine load;
2. Compatible with engine module GTAT-T012;
3. Power transmission from the test engine to the braking unit via a flexible coupling;
4. Valve for continuous adjustment of braking torque;
5. Measurement and display of torque, intake air temperature, intake air flow rate, rotational speed, fuel tank level, and exhaust gas temperature;
6. Engine operation and data display.
Provides the following educational functions:
Measurement of specific fuel consumption at constant speed and variable power output;
Measurement of air-fuel ratio and thermal efficiency at constant speed;
Measurement of torque-speed and power-speed characteristics of the internal combustion engine.
Maximum power: 7.5 kW
Maximum speed: 5000 rpm
Maximum torque: 25 Nm
The device can be additionally equipped with a data acquisition module and software GTAT-ETS01
