Specification
The mobile steel structure must be mounted on casters, painted and oven treated. She must have :
• Screen-printed diagram reproducing the hydraulic circuit, with LED indicator
• Hermetic type compressor
• Forced air condenser, with variable flow rate using potentiometer
• Refrigerating room for negative temperature:
- gross volume approximately 0.5 m3
- insulation: polyurethane foam 6 cm thick
- forced ventilation evaporator
- electric resistance defrost
- electrical resistance for thermal load simulation
• Thermostatic expansion valve
• Electronic controller of the refrigerant unit
• Liquid receiver, liquid separator
• Passage indicator, dehydrator filter
• Valve for vacuum, recovery and recharging of refrigerant
• Complete series of devices for acquiring installation operating data:
- high and low voltage pressure gauges
- 2 electronic thermometers with Pt100 probe which can be applied to different sumps along the hydraulic circuit
- digital multimeter
• Double pressure switch
• Differential magnetothermic switch
• Emergency stop button
Fault simulator with switch.
