Students can assemble the piping system and test its functionality
Includes:
- Water pump 0.75 hp (± 0.25), 220(±20)V
-Water heater ( electric, 40 litres (±10), 220 - 240 volt, heat capacity 70 C (± 10))
-water distibution manifolds (for hot water with 8 outlets (±1) , for cold water with 8 outlets (±1))
-Clearly displayed water pipes and couplings for hot and cold water
-water tank: capacity 0.75 cubic meter (±0.25)
- Water pressure guage
-Dimensions: L 150 cm (±50) * W 90 cm (±30) * H 170 cm (±60)
*Experiments:
1-Inspecting the pipes to ensure there are no leaks or damage to the pipes.
2-Cleaning the pipes from deposits that may affect the performance of the pipes.
3-Repairing damaged or broken pipes.
4-Straighten pipes and adjust pressure and flow as needed.
5-Installation and connection of piping operation and control systems.
6-Conduct pressure and leakage tests to ensure the integrity of the pipes.
-Fully functional training assembly bench (water flows through the tank, pump, heater and pipes)
-Assembled on metal structure with lockable wheels
