Technical parameters:
The stand will allow testing for LPG and gasoline multipoint injection systems. Equipped with electronic control units that manage the dynamic state of the vehicle using sensors to perform multipoint gasoline or LPG injection and ignition. The multiplex network allows fast and reliable data transmission.
 
The system will control the following functions:
- Fuel ignition
- Multipoint gasoline injection
- Multipoint LPG injection
- Data transmission via the CAN network
 
The circuit and equipment components will be mounted on a large vertical screen-printed aluminum panel that includes at least the following features:
- System diagram for easy location of its components and their connections
- Test points (Ø 4 mm connectors) on all electrical component connections, for complete system monitoring
- Intelligent Fault System Module, specially designed to allow the simulation of different types of faults in the system and the evaluation of troubleshooting processes performed by students.
 
The stand will allow for the following training programs as a minimum:
- Identification of LPG and gasoline system components
- System sensors
- System actuators
- Gasoline circuit
- LPG circuit
- Warning light
- Multiplex CAN (Control Area Network) network
- Low speed CAN network - CAN network - Self-diagnosis - OBD diagnostics

- Electronic ignition control unit
- Electronic LPG and gasoline injection control unit
- Gasoline tank (shown in the front panel diagram)
- LPG tank (shown in the front panel diagram)
- Engine speed barograph display
- Throttle valve
- Pressure reducer/vaporizer
- 4-gasoline injector rail
- 4-LPG injector rail
- Diagnostic warning light
- OBD diagnostic socket (16 pins)
- CAN Bus with test points
- Intelligent Fault System
 
The stand will be mounted on wheels and includes worktop and

- Power supply: 230 Vac 50 Hz single phase
- 12 Vdc with internal power supply
