Technical parameter
This training bench should be a transparent hydraulic training bench. The transparent parts used should only be those that do not affect functionality when using reinforced plastic or glass. Valves, steering assemblies, and servo systems are excluded due to the nature of their operation, which requires internal movement.
The simulator shall be dual working interface:
1. For Hydraulic system:
- Supply voltage 380(±50)V , Operating pressure: 8 bar (±2) , Suction flow rate 10 L/MIN (± 5)
- Tank volume of 20(±2) liters.
- Outlet with pressure regulator, pressure gauge and quick coupler.
- Pre-actuator for manual and mechanical pressurization for hydraulic Circuit testing.
-Functional hydraulic system student can see the flow of oil through the system parts.
- Includes the following parts:( Hydraulic Circuits diagram , Hydraulic Control System, Hydraulic Fluid, Hydraulic Motor, Hydraulic Pumps, Actuators,Hydraulic Steering, Hydraulic Valves, Directional Control Valves, Flow Control Valves, Pressure Control Valves, Servo Valves, one way valve. Magnetic hydraulic Symbols Set (It is a square board containing drawings of hydraulic component symbols. The symbols will , attached to the board and can be removed using magnets to ease the attachment , they are stored in a special place. This setup helps in organizing competitions among trainees to aid them in memorizing hydraulic and pneumatic symbols.), Contactors, relays, circuit breakers, PBs, selector switches , servo motors and servo drives)
 
2. For Pneumatic system
-Supply voltage 220(±20)V ,operating pressure 7.5(±2.5) bar.
-Includes the followings parts : ( Air Unit, Pressure Regulator With Pressure Gauge ,Single-acting cylinder reversing circuit ,Double-acting cylinder reversing circuit ,3/2 Way Single Air Operated Valve – Nc ,3/2 Way Single Air Operated Valve – No , 3/2 Way Manual Valve, , T-Type Connector, ,Pneumatic Tube – 20 M).
-Functional Pneumatic system
*Include the training diagrams and Equipment map
*Units can be added or removed to meet specific learning needs
*Assembled on a metal structure with lockable wheels
